Academic Department

NWII - Theological Scientific Research Institute - Academic Department divided into three major strategic leadership training programs.

Political Leadership

NWII’s Political Leadership training program, offered by a theological-scientific research institute, provides clear, practical guidance on every aspect of life so leaders can responsibly care for their people across varying geographies, cultures, and mindsets; it combines spiritual wisdom with empirical research to equip leaders to build consensus, articulate a shared vision, and guide their country toward a thoughtfully designed new system that reflects both ethical principles and evidence-based policy.

Spiritual Leadership

NWII’s Spiritual Leadership training program, developed within the Theological Scientific Research Institute, provides practical tools and clear guidance to help faith communities unify and organize around a shared direction and vision; by strengthening leadership, aligning mission, and fostering mutual accountability, the program aims to reduce religious violent and non violent crime and redirect communal energy toward restorative action and service, while advancing understanding and public engagement with the Institute’s theological-scientific discoveries that illuminate deeper moral and spiritual truths.

Business Administration

NWII's Business Administration training program teaches a foundational strategic planning framework derived from the institute’s theological-scientific discoveries, preparing leaders to guide business organizations and projects with purpose, integrity, and measurable value.

The curriculum integrates leadership, project management, financial stewardship, and organizational design, translating theological insights into practical strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and align work with core mission values.

Successful completion confers accreditation that validates this expertise and makes it immediately valuable across all branch organizations seeking consistent governance, mission alignment, and sustainable impact.
