Those same principles now guide the way I approach DC 222 LLC, the transportation consulting firm I created. Although transportation and theology may appear to be very different fields, I have learned that strong organizations are built on many of the same foundations that NWII emphasized: integrity, accountability, preparation, stewardship, sound judgment, and service to others.
At DC 222 LLC, these principles influence how I evaluate operational challenges, approach risk, communicate with clients, and develop solutions for transportation companies. The goal is not simply to identify problems, but to understand their causes, create greater accountability, strengthen processes, and help businesses make more disciplined and sustainable decisions.
NWII helped me understand that principles have their greatest value when they become practices. Examining Wisdom’s reflects that philosophy in written form, while DC 222 LLC represents an opportunity to apply it in business. The lessons I received through NWII continue to serve as a foundation for both.
For me, the progression from theological study, to writing Examining Wisdom’s, to building DC 222 LLC is part of the same journey: learning wisdom, examining wisdom, and putting wisdom into practice.
